Proudly, this 9,651 sq. ft. home in Abbotsford was designed in house by the Canadian Timberframes team. The owners have taken advantage of our full package including our custom wall system, fully integrated timbers stairs, and a R-50 roof system.

This house was move is ready spring 2021. Split over 3 levels the home has 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a theatre room, dance room and many more features only a home of this size can dream of. The main floor features an expansive deck across the entire floor connecting with the great room, master and dining rooms. The second floor has 3 individual balconies off each bedroom and the basement has a covered patio providing plenty of opportunities to entertain guests and enjoy the views of the Fraser River
