Asher Custom Homes (formerly Kogan Builders) completed this 9,200 sq ft mountain home near Durango, Colorado. The 6 bedroom, 8 bathroom timber frame home is situated on 70 acres and fronting on to a private lake.
Rough-sawn douglas fir timber with an antique finish created the look & feel of reclaimed wood but with the structural strength of heavy timber. Not only did Canadian Timberframes supply the timber frame but custom steel for the trusses & custom timber stairs!
Kogan Builders/Asher Custom Homes did an incredible job on the design & build of this home. We look forward to more projects with them.
