You will be responsible for the delivery creative for all of our marketing & advertising needs. You will create innovative online marketing campaigns and initiatives including website updates/overhauls, blogs, video, lead gen through our CRM system, social media, SEO, and SEM.

Create all our monthly print and digital ads, produce and schedule monthly organic & paid social media posts

You will look at ways to improve brand alignment, messaging & creative output

Develop and update the creative for our newsletters & photobooks

Utilize our camera equipment to film and edit video for cross-posting, photograph projects for clients


Track, report, & respond the data that is collected from Google Analytics, AdWords, AdsManager, etc

Create an Annual Strategy that focuses on Brand, Market Share, & Growth with measurable goals which you will report on monthly

Work alongside sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive traffic & lead generation

Social Media

Grow our online audience, user engagement and loyalty on all social media platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, & Pinterest)

Stay up to date on emerging social technologies and features, and use them to engage and grow our audience for our B2B & B2C audiences.



Create engaging video weekly for our social platforms that tells a story and aligns with our brand


Develop and update AdWord campaigns to expand our market share & reach

Write, proofread and edit all the copy required for all marketing collateral including emails, newsletters, blog posts, lead nurturing programs, ebooks, press releases etc. Articulately and accurately represent the brand and company in all communication.

Support & drive marketing and sales goals for our B2B & B2C audiences with timely distribution of segmented, customized e-blasts

Communicate with partners & clients to receive updates and photos of the progress on projects up to the finished product, organize professional photography shoots for completed homes


Devise strategies (video being one) to drive online traffic to the company website

Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to optimize conversion rates

Analyzing web traffic to company websites and providing monthly reports

Monitor and analyze competitors’ traffic generation activities such as media, PR, SEO, SEM

Monitor blog content and recommend changes to ensure all articles are high performing

Update website content to increase user experience and provide an educational experience


Support administrative functions around tradeshows & events (booking client/partner apt’s, insurance docs, shipping, booth requirements)

Support CRM system: data cleanliness, optimization of system & utilization of software



Bachelor degree in Marketing, or equivalent post-secondary training and experience

Experience in Search Engine Marketing & Search Engine Optimization

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite including Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, experience using premiere pro is necessary  – ability to create Ads from scratch & create videos with clear messaging & brand alignment

Experience creating written content for website, blogs, email marketing, and other digital content

Strong video shooting & editing abilities to create brand aligned messaging & videos

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice

Proficient in online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels

Experience with web analytics

Experience with excel for tracking of all ad spend & leads, quotes & conversions

Familiar with Web editing tools, Mail Chimp and CRM systems

Proven ability to write compelling copy to captivate and intrigue your audience

Possess high energy, maintain a persistent mind-set, enthusiasm, and be extremely goal oriented

Possess a professional business manner, an ability to identify, connect and build relationships

Good negotiation, influencing & communications skills; well spoken & personable

Strong analytical & reasoning abilities with keen attention to detail & highly numerate

Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision
