GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

You will be responsible for the delivery creative for all of our marketing & advertising needs. You will create innovative online marketing campaigns and initiatives including website updates/overhauls, display ads, blogs, video, lead gen through our CRM system, social media, SEO and SEM. You take ownership of your responsibilities! You look at a completed task and ask yourself: “What more can I do?” You motivate yourself to achieve better than you first thought you could! You genuinely feel proud of what you’ve accomplished! And most importantly, you are able to “Be the client”!

 

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

Creative
Create all of our monthly magazine advertisements, video, social & digital ads. You will look at ways to improve brand alignment, messaging & creative output
Develop and update the creative for our newsletters & photo books
Utilize our camera equipment to create photography content and videos within our facility

 

Strategy
Track, report, & respond the data that is collected from Google Analytics, AdWords, AdsManager, etc
Create an Annual Strategy that focuses on Brand, Market Share, & Growth with measurable goals which you will report on monthly
Develop strategies to drive traffic and lead generation

 

Social Media

Grow our online audience, user engagement and loyalty on all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube and more)

Stay up to date on emerging social technologies and features, and use them to engage and grow our audience (TikTok, Snapchat and new Facebook & Instagram features) for our B2B & B2C audiences.

 

Content

Communicate with partners & clients to receive updates and photos of the progress on projects up to the finished product, organize professional photography shoots for completed homes

Develop AdWord campaigns to expand our market share & reach

Develop, write, proofread, and edit copy for content such as newsletters, emails, blog posts, lead nurturing programs, ebooks, press releases etc. to support & drive marketing and sales goals for our B2B & B2C audiences.

Accountable for scheduling, writing and proofreading segmented, customized e-blasts & distributing in a timely manner supporting the overarching marketing strategy

 

Website 

Devise strategies (video being one) to drive online traffic to the company website

Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns to optimize conversion rates

Analyzing web traffic to company websites and providing monthly reports

Monitor and analyze competitors’ traffic generation activities such as media, PR, SEO, SEM

Monitor blog content and recommend changes to ensure all articles are high performing

Update website content to increase user experience and provide an educational experience
 

Other

Support administrative functions around tradeshows & events (booking client/partner apt’s, insurance docs, shipping, booth requirements)

Support CRM system: data cleanliness, optimization of system & utilization of software 

 


 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

 Bachelor degree in Marketing, or equivalent post-secondary training and experience

Experience in Search Engine Marketing & Search Engine Optimization 

Experience in Adobe Creative Suite including Premier Pro, InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom & Photoshop  – ability to create Ads from scratch & create videos with clear messaging & brand alignment

Experience creating written content for website, blogs, email marketing, and other digital content 

Strong video shooting & editing abilities to create brand aligned messaging & videos

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice

Proficient in online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels

Experience with web analytics

Familiar with Web editing tools, Mail Chimp and CRM systems

Proven ability to write compelling copy to captivate and intrigue your audience

Possess high energy, maintain a persistent mind-set, enthusiasm, and be extremely goal oriented

Possess a professional business manner, an ability to identify, connect and build relationships 

Good negotiation, influencing & communications skills; well spoken & personable

Strong analytical & reasoning abilities with keen attention to detail & highly numerate 

Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize work independently, with minimal supervision

A positive attitude, initiative and enterprise 

The following skills and experience are also desirable: Graphic design, & Video editing
