Bowling Green, Kentucky gains some spectacular Colorado Architecture with this new project.
We are proud to again collaborate with Kelly/Stone Architects on this unique custom design that was completed in 2014. This home was carefully sculpted onto the luxurious golf course property and will be admired for “rounds to come”.
This will become a retirement home for a couple wanting to move from the city & enjoy the breathing space of this golf community and will be built with accessibility in mind.
Special considerations for the design & lot: the house is positioned lower in elevation than the main road, so the lot will have to be massaged to accommodate custom landscaping features as well, engineered fill will have to be brought in to assist in the walkout construction.
