Montrose Timber Frame Ranch
Montrose Colorado is known for its endless outdoor recreational opportunities, beautiful landscapes and now, the new home of this gorgeous timber frame project – Montrose Ranch. Joe and Laurie Kelleher approached Canadian Timberframes along with Joe's brother, after acquiring their property and were very eager to get both of their visions off the ground -Starting with Joe & Laurie's.
The project is based off of the functional Bragg Creek design, with a few custom touches. The simplistic design starts with a full two story timber core with load bearing timber posts passing down into the basement, evident in the construction phase photos. From the core structure, full wall systems will be erected which will hold the timber side wings load – continuing the timber ceiling rafters throughout the home.
This project is a great example of the full home packages that we can provide to our clients. Working with Joe and his crew has been an absolute treat – we can’t wait to see this home take shape.
