Greenwater Lake House
Located inside Greenwater Lake Provincial Park, the build presented a number of challenges; from removal of existing structures, working around existing mature trees, access on site and a high water table. Quality Construction was brought in from Calgary, AB to erect the timber frame and bring the structure to close in status.
The four bed room - 1758 sq ft lake house is complimented by a detached 696 sq ft garage on the property. This hybrid project combines a timber frame package with a conventional exterior finish allowing for a maintenance free exterior.
Designed to capture the exceptional view of the lake thru two story window on the vaulted main floor, the open floor concept allows for ease of movement between the grand room, kitchen, dining room and a three season screen room while showcasing the fir columns and beams thru out.
